Using Alto

By using the Alto Turo website, Ask Alto or our concierge services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Alto.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make requests.

Ask Alto

Ask Alto is an AI assistant that helps collect and organise your request. Its replies are general guidance, not a confirmation. Nothing is booked until our team confirms it with you.

Requests and bookings

A request is not a booking. Alto sources options, sends you a quote, and arranges the service after you approve it. A service is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Alto after the provider has confirmed.

Provider availability

Cars, chauffeurs, hotels, dining, experiences and other services depend on third-party availability, which can change. Alto does not guarantee availability until a service is confirmed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are given in a quote for your specific request and may change until you approve it. Quotes may expire. Payment terms are stated in your quote. Cancellations and refunds

Third-party providers

Many services are performed by independent third-party providers and partners. Alto reviews partners but is not the operator of every hotel, venue or experience, and those providers' own terms may also apply.

Transportation

Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and applicable laws, including seatbelt and child-seat rules. Alto and its partners may refuse service for unsafe or unlawful behaviour.

Hotels, experiences and VIP services

Reservations, access and special arrangements are subject to the venue's rules, availability and discretion. Alto does not promise guaranteed entry, tables or access unless confirmed in writing.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate details about guests, dates, locations and needs.
Be on time and reachable on the day of service.
Respect providers, vehicles and property; you may be responsible for damage you cause.

Prohibited use

Do not use Alto for illegal activity, to harass anyone, to submit false requests, to misuse or overload the site or Ask Alto, or to try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Service limitations and changes

We may change, pause or stop parts of Alto at any time. Alto is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of liability
